Terms of Service & Craftsman Agreement

1. Platform Intermediation & inDrive-Style Reverse Bidding
BriMar functions as a digital intermediary platform connecting customers and independent verified craftsmen across all Moroccan cities. The customer proposes an initial budget in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), aided by AI estimation, and craftsmen may accept or counter-offer. A legally binding agreement forms solely upon the customer explicitly accepting the craftsman offer.
2. Mandatory AI Dual KYC & Craftsman Liability
Every craftsman registered on BriMar must complete identity verification comprising: electronic National Identity Card (CIN), driver’s license if driving, criminal record check (Fiche Anthropométrique), and auto-entrepreneur tax certificate. Submitting fraudulent documentation results in immediate and permanent account suspension and identity blacklisting.
3. Labor Commissions & 100% Exemption on Materials
BriMar commissions apply solely to the agreed labor fee according to the craftsman subscription plan: Starter Free (12%), Pro Verified (7%), and VIP Elite (3%). All spare parts, fixtures, and raw materials documented with official hardware receipts in the digital Devis invoice are strictly 100% commission-exempt.
4. Anti-Fraud Protections & 50m Proximity Rules
Sharing direct phone numbers, WhatsApp links, or external contact details prior to formal bid acceptance is strictly prohibited and filtered by automated sanitization. If an accepted request is cancelled while the craftsman and customer are within 50 meters of the job site (via PostGIS ST_Distance), a cancellation penalty matching the platform fee is automatically deducted from the craftsman balance.
5. Encrypted In-App VoIP & Dispute Arbitration
All voice communications take place exclusively within the BriMar application via encrypted LiveKit WebRTC VoIP without revealing personal numbers. Encrypted logs are maintained for user safety and dispute resolution managed by our Moroccan operations team in Casablanca under Moroccan Commercial Law.
